HOW DOES OBELT WORK?

·     The artisans manually work every single product for you, which is why most of the garments are to be made. For each product you will find the necessary time for their realization

OBELT ACCOUNT

·     What is the Obelto account?

Obelto account guarantees full access to our digital world. Optimize your shopping experience and reduce the time to checkout: save your shipping and payment information and log in to track your order.

·     Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you just need an email address.

However, we recommend you to create an account to be able to place and monitor orders in an easy and autonomous way.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

·     What products are available on Obelto.it?

Obelto.it offers original customized and Tailor-made products.

·     Where are the products that I find on Obelto.it created?

The Artisans are located throughout Italy. You will find dedicated sections to each of them, their detailed biography. Design and entire production, are completely Made in Italy

·     What are Tailor-made products?

Tailor-made products are made exclusively upon your request and we will proceed to make yours products exclusively for you.

Please note that there are no exchanges or returns for Tailor-made items in order to receive a refund. Once the order has been submitted, it will not be possible to cancel it. The sale of these products is final.

·     How do I find my size?

Each product page has a link to the section "size guide" to help you to find the size that suits you.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

·     What forms of payment do you accept?

Obelto accepts payment by Paypal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If the payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

·     Are Duties and Taxes included in the final price?

All prices include duties and taxes

·     Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed once placed. Orders being processed cannot be canceled or modified. You can return the item in compliance with the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

For personalized and tailor-made items, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been submitted. The sale of these products is considered final and does not provide for the possibility of return.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

·     What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?

 The shipping time is 2/3 days from when the product is made

Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with delivery details when your order has been delivered to the courier. Obelto is not responsible for any unexpected delays beyond our control.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1st and 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8th, 25th and 26th December).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

·     How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track its status.

RETURNS

·     What is your return policy? How many days can I make a return?

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of  receipt of purchase.

Returned products must have the following conditions for the order to be refunded:

• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.

• Products that have been worn, used, altered, WASHED or damaged will not be accepted.

• The return is not provided for personalized and Tailor-made items. The sale of these products is final.

How do I make a return?

To return your item, contact us by email at info@obelto.it

1. Place the goods you want to return in their original packaging.

2. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label on the package and arrange the collect by contacting the courier directly at the number indicated in the return request email.

3. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are free. Please note that Obelto is not responsible for merchandise returned via an alternative courier service; it is recommended to use the prepaid label.

4. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original form of payment.

·     Can I return a customized product?

For personalized and tailor-made items, it will not be possible to cancel or modify the order once it has been submitted. The sale of these products is considered final and does not provide for the possibility of return.

·     How is the refund done?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon the arrival at our warehouse.

Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

·     How do I modify or delete my Obelto account?
